Punctuation marks plus Holly's heroes episode 6

Innan vi börjar idag ska vi kolla så att Magic fungerar digitalt. Jag har lagt till er som skapat konto på Studentlitteratur. 

1. Skapa konto här om du inte redan gjort det.  Studentlitteratur

2. Logga in genom att, i samma länk som ovan, klicka på Googlesymbolen. 

3. När du loggat in ser du Magic 7 på en bild. Klicka på starta produkten. Klicka på stjärnan i adressfältet och bokmärk Magic så du lätt hittar dit igen. 

4. Nu är du inne i den digitala boken. Klicka i vänstermenyn på BOKEN. 

5.  Klicka på 3 Canada och scrolla ner till The Greatest Hockey player ever. 

6. När du ska göra uppgiften att översätta texten kan du nu markera delen du ska översätta och lyssna på den. Ha två flikar uppe. En flik där du har Magic uppe och läser och lyssnar på texten. Ha en flik uppe med ett Google dokument där du skriver. Vill du hellre fortsätta med papper och penna så gör du det. Uppgiften ska vara klar när lektionen är slut.

1.  How many mistakes can you find in the text about the Grizzly bear? There are spelling mistakes and punctuation marks are missing. 

- Re-write the text and edit it. You can copy the picture above and paste it into a Google document. Then write the correct text under the picture. 

Feel free to use paper and a pencil if you prefer that.

 Go to Classroom and WEEK 10. Click on the link Holly's heroes. Watch episode 6 and answer the questions. Homework for Thursday is to finish watching episode 6 and finish answering the questions.

Punctuation marks

When I read your text about Holly I realized that many of you have troubles using punctuation marks correctly. This short video explains how and when you use: full stop (punkt), question mark (frågetecken) and exclamation mark (utropstecken). Remember to always start a new sentence with a capital letter (stor bokstav). It is important that you learn how to use punctuation marks and use them correctly. It doesn't matter which language you write in - you have to master punctuation! 

1. Watch this video! The video will automatically stop and ask you questions. Answer the questions. 

You will find the video in Google Classroom as well. 

2. Go to Google Classroom and work with the assigned worksheets. There are three worksheets to complete.

The worksheet will automatically be marked and you will know if you need to study more or if you have learned how to use punctuation marks. 

Holly's heroes chapter 1 - 5

 Week 7 

Today you are going to write about Holly's heroes chapters 1-5. You will write in ChromEx and no internet or help is allowed.  You have to be finished after 60 minutes. We have talked or written about every episode and if you have worked during the previous lessons you should be well prepared for this assignment. 

Use the questions below as help - do not answer them one by one. You have to write the text as a "story". 

Use size 12.  Write at least (minst) 200 words, which is about half a page on the computer. You may of course write more if you want to. 

-What is the series about? Where and when does it take place? 

- Who is the main character? Describe her. What does she look like and what is she like as a person? 

- Summarize what has happened in chapters 1-5. Write about 20 sentences about this part. 

- Choose a scene that made an impact on you. Did the scene make you angry, happy, sad or curious or..?

Describe the scene and tell your readers what happened and why you chose the scene. 

What do you think about the series so far? Do you like it or dislike it? Motivate your opinion.

Week 3 Holly's Heroes

 Week 3 Tuesday 

1. Finish "Who do you want to be 2021".  Create one avatar or meme that represents who you want to be or represents a feeling that you would like to have during 2021.

When you have created your avatar and added your word - make a screenshot (press the Shift + Ctrl + Show window) open a Google document and upload your picture. Hand in your document to me in Google Classroom.

2. Holly's Heroes!

Before watching: go to Quizlet and work with the vocabulary for ten minutes.

Go to UR PLAY and watch the first episode of Holly's Heroes . The first part is 24 minutes. Use English subtitles.

After watching - open a Google document and answer the questions. Hand in your answers to me in Google Classroom.

Nytt läsår, nya elever, nya teman! 

För som är helt nya elever för mig skulle jag önska att ni fyllde i nedanstående enkät. 

Det gäller eleverna i Engelska 7B,  Tyska 6 och Tyska 7. 

Jag vill veta hur det ser ut med de digitala verktygen hemma hos er. Jag arbetar en hel del med detta och ibland vill jag att ni ska lösa en uppgift hemma i förväg. Om ni inte har tillgång till dator, telefon, eller surfplatta behöver jag veta det så jag kan hjälpa er i skolan. Alla elever har tillgång till digital teknik i skolan och det är absolut inget som krävs att ha hemma för att mina uppgifter ska kunna lösas. Vissa elever har iband sagt hemma att jag kräver att ni föräldrar köper ny dator till era barn, så är det verkligen inte !
I undervisningen arbetar vi en hel del med Google Drive. Om någon av er har något emot att ert barn skapar ett Googlekonto för att användas i undervisning så hör gärna av er. / Sara

First of all, I want you to start talking to each other! That's why we are going to play two games.

In front of you, you have a game. Help each other to understand the instructions. Make sure everyone knows what to do. In this classroom, I want you to use the method: C3B4ME.  That means that I want you to use three things before you ask me. Have you used a dictionary? Have you asked a friend?
